We have about 20 experienced, knowledgeable and fun-loving instructors to share their expertise and enthusiasm towards keeping a healthy body and mind. Hand-picked and being trained on-the-job personally by Conny, our Principal, this group of forever young teammates shares the quests for the same vision ~ helping people to live and enjoy a healthier life.

Our Instructors of Functional Workouts are committed to give their best in conducting and guiding their practical lessons, namely Aerobics, Shaperobics, Tae Bo, Yogarobics, Cardio Dance, Aero Tone, etc., for fellow students to understand and apply the proper way and techniques of exercising and fat-fighting.
