Conny, with her experience and knowledge in workouts has invented this popular workout. The idea behind this workout is to replace the bar used in the gym with a towel. This special workout upon its introduction 8 years ago gained very good response and from then on, Conny has modified and improved the workout to include more cardio, toning and shaping exercises. This workout is one of the most popular workouts in Zero. It is fun, mild but very effective. And most importantly, it is only available in Zero.

Diva Fitness

It is a new style of fitness fusion created by Conny with her abundance experience in fitness and dance industry.
