I am so lucky?

Ever since l started The Zero, some people like to comment this to me: Conny, you are so lucky!

You are so lucky ! See, you have many good instructors with you!

You are so lucky! See, many students support you from the time Zero was borned!

You are so lucky! See, you have many good dancers with you, they are so faithful to you!

Thank you for telling me this. Yes, l am so lucky! I always cherish my luck in this line, with sweat, effort, heart and time........

The thing is, when those people telling me this, l don't feel the sincerity from them, instead, sometimes l feel they told me this to affect my confidence! They are trying to tell me, what l gain today is not from my hard work and competency, but just because l am so lucky!

Do you think all my instructors, students and dancers are blind? Will they support a person without leadership, patience, hard work and good personality?

Will you support a person who has luck only but doing nothing?

Lately, l am stressful with rumors from some of my workout members, l think, l have to make a clarification here.

Some of our workout instructors have changes on their schedule. As a trainner and principal, l have never stopped any instrcutor from teaching or cancel their class without reason [why should l do this?]. But some workout members don't understand this, they thought l am the one who made changes to their schedule, they accused me on this by words or email........Hence, l have to let know the reason of the changes or replacemant openly here.

Ee liz---She sprained her shoulders about two months ago, she wished to cut down classes in order to take more rest, also, to teach late class is inconvenient to her as she has to fetch her kids. Therefore, she cut down her classes.

Min Yik---She has to give extra tuition to her UPSR students lately, that 's why she has many replacement, she told us this should be end from next month.

Michelle---She went back to her hometown in Klang to visit her great grand mom few months ago, she wanted to stop teaching that time because she could not plan when to come back, as her great grand mom was sick. She is now back to Penang but has just started her own business, she is tight up now but she can still help us to replace class sometimes.

Cindy---Our poor Cindy fell down from staircase last month and need to take a one month rest.

Is that clear? Do you know when our instructors want to stop teaching or looking for replacement, we actually stress and headache? We have to call around all instrcutors to look for help......the most terrible is, when the instructor cannot make it to the class last minute, or just giving us a one day notice, how do we get replacement in such short time? To me, l will try my best not to cancel class, but, if l have class at the same time, and nobody is able to replace, this is the only choice l have to make! Sometimes, l might not have class at the same time, but l have 4 hours private lessons before, and three classes continuous after. At this situation, l am not able to replace class as well, l will be exhausted! But, in my life of teaching, l exhausted many time already la......

My instrcutors are all good and co-operative, they will not stop teaching or looking for replacement without reason too, l have good relationship with them as many of them are also my good friends besides colleagues. We can work together well because we appreciate each other. Please stop making incorrect imagination if you did.

My dancers as well. l am lucky to have them, but they are lucky to have me as their teacher too. Don't you think they will follow me if l have nothing to teach them? They will be good friends to me if l am a cruel and selfish teacher? They will stay with me still if l torture them or trying to earn money from them only? Do you know how many choreographies l have to make when everytime we organize a hafla? Do you know how patient l have to be when training my performers just because l want them to be on stage? All these, because we all love the art, we are close and willing to sacrifice to each other because we appreciate each other in this art, isn't this amazing? I don't understand why some people just like to tell nonsense which nobody will agree!

Cindy just told me some women's mouths are like machine gun, ha ha..... l really agree with her. Women, your beautiful lips are for smiling, kissing, singing and telling good words, this makes you the most beautiful lady in the world.........And the opposite way is just ugly.......
