We received many phone calls to ask whether Zero opens today, yes we open, it is not a public holiday of Zero,  none of my staffs or instructors have to vote for the election at Permatang Pauh, and l believe only very small quantity of our members have to go for the vote. In fact, l don't understand why the government declared this holiday, this has caused trouble to many companies, but of course all employees are happy today.

We are having the Merdeka's promotion from today till 14th of September, please make sure you are informed on this, you know, everytime after the promotion, some members will compain that they are not informed.....this is funny actually, we have big notice on studio [but people don't read notice usually huh], we promote it on the website and advertise on newspaper, nowadays, we try to sent email to all members....ok think l have to stand at the entrance and 'lelong' the promotion ha ha....but if l do that, people will ignore me still la, l know.......

Anyway, after watching the Olympic, do you feel proud as you are also doing a 'sport', l do, l feel proud that l have never given up to workout and dance, or in another word, l will never stop moving my body, and sincerely, my pity to all who can move but never wanted to start exercise. [hey including my staffs, sigh......] 

Philosopher Bertrand Russell said : Everytime l talk to a savant l feel quite sure that  happiness is no longer a possibility. Yet when l talk with my garderner, l am convinced of the opposite.

Exercise helps our body to produce more endorphins which allow our mind to create a happy feeling, most of all, it is about your health, you yourself are the one who decide to maintain or 'kill' your health.
